1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Kitchen Spray (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “the Customer”) for the provision of kitchen spraying services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Work
   a. The Company will provide kitchen spraying services as agreed upon in the quotation or work order. This includes surface preparation, application of coatings, and related tasks necessary for kitchen refurbishment.
   b. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Pricing and Payment
   a. The pricing for the services will be specified in the quotation or work order.
   b. Payment terms will also be outlined in the quotation. We may require a deposit before commencing work.
   c. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances may be added to the final invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities
   a. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the kitchen and any specific requirements.
   b. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the kitchen area is accessible and clear of any personal belongings or obstacles prior to the arrival of the Company’s employees.
   c. The Customer is responsible for arranging the removal of any items that could be damaged during the spraying process, such as delicate fixtures, appliances, or personal possessions.

5. Changes and Cancellations
   a. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.
   b. The Customer may cancel the services by providing a written notice within a specified cancellation period as outlined in the quotation or work order. Failure to provide timely notice may result in charges or forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Workmanship and Warranty
   a. The Company will strive to provide high-quality workmanship.
   b. The warranty, if any, will be provided as specified by the manufacturers of the coatings and materials used. The Company will assist the Customer in facilitating any warranty claims, subject to the terms provided by the manufacturers.

7. Liability
   a. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the Customer’s property, personal belongings, or any third-party property, unless such damages are caused by the Company’s negligence or intentional misconduct.
   b. The Customer acknowledges that the kitchen spraying process may involve certain risks and agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the services provided, except in cases of the Company’s negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Insurance
   a. The Company maintains general liability insurance coverage. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and belongings.

9. Confidentiality
   a. The Company and the Customer agree to treat all confidential information shared between them as confidential and not disclose it to any third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [England and Wales].
    b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [England and Wales].
